Why it's built this way

The man behind Mantl.

Edward Barber studied Psychology at the University of London and built several businesses before burnout left him in a wheelchair.

He turned to research, studying the nervous system and putting practical techniques into daily practice. He got his health back, but discovered something bigger.

The same tools that helped him recover could help people handle everyday life better: relationships, dating, work, stress and the moments emotions take over.

He built Mantl to make those tools accessible to everyone. Not just for the hard moments, but to build greater self-awareness, better habits and a better way of handling life.

Nobody taught you this. Let Mantl show you.
